Welcome to my blog. This blog will thus narrate my journey through the Abs diet. A magical diet where you don't deprive yourself of anything and still get to eat delicious foods. Does such a thing exist, you ask yourself. Surely this must be in the same league as unicorns and other mythical things. This my friends, is what I am going to find out within the next 6 weeks. I will most likely be blogging about the meals I make, and hopefully the progress that goes along with that, and the exercise plans I follow. Super exciting stuff I know. I am a fairly private person, save with my few close, wonderful friends, so don't expect a lot of personal details from this blog, most likely stuff about my college work will be included though, again super exciting I know.
I said I started the diet today, but really today is just a precurser to get used to the diet format. With this diet you eat 6 times a day, yes you heard that right, 6 times. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with 3 snacks mixed in. This diet is not about counting calories or depriving yourself, its about eating the right things and those which will benefit your body and allow weight loss naturally. Really, I just got home too late last night to go grocery shopping, ha. But never fear, I shall to tonight after class, so that delicious blueberry, peanut butter pancakes will be made tomorrow morning! Yum!
